The One Price, One Person® concept was born in 2003 at Avondale Toyota in Avondale, Arizona. For those of you who aren't familiar with our One Price, One Person® concept here are a few of the things we do different: Our lowest possible price is posted on every single new and used car we have on the lot. We don't haggle, negotiate with or hassle anybody, any time. You only have to deal with one person from drive-up to delivery. With our One Price, One Person® concept, you can know the price, payment, terms and trade in minutes... instead of hours. At One Toyota of Oakland, the same owners that created the One Price, One Person® concept have brought to the people of the Bay area.

I think for the money you charge you should be checking everything in the car when I bring it into you. I left and there was a rainstorm in the next day and it was clear. Nobody checked my windshield wiper More

Still waiting on a refund from 12/26/25, not discussing options on vehicle or asking what options I may be looking for & point toward a vehicle that could match that. Advising me of limitations on vehicle More

dmarchan responded publicly on 2/10/26 1:01 AM I would have purchased the higher model if I had been told that the model I was test driving had no back up sensors or any type of equipment for safety. As it was I had to purchase a Homelink rear view mirror for garage door opening & I also paid extra for the 2 front seats to be heated. Given that I paid extra for those 2 items I thought the sensors were part of the RAV & if not the salesperson should have explained that to me so I could purchase a higher model. I was with the understanding that sensors for notification was usual & not an upgrade. In watching many videos prior to my purchase the impression was that sensor/safety was the norm & included. I did not purchase a low cost vehicle's(paid full cash) so I believed my new RAV XLE PREMIUM was that; a premium vehicle. Needless to say, I’m disappointed & feel that the salesperson could have delved into this.Per my conversation with the salesman he intimated that only AWD & JBL speakers were on the model above the XLE PREMIUM. I purchased my RAV from One Toyota of Oakland & this review is pertinent to that location.
