I had an issue on my 2015 Highlander the day after it had been in for a major service. I appreciated that Harend was very proactive finding the exact Tacoma I was looking for! Did not leave me hanging! Upon final receiving of the vehicle it looked great although the promised detailing service exact Tacoma I was looking for! Did not leave me hanging! Upon final receiving of the vehicle it looked great although the promised detailing service by a different person of the outside wasn't 100%. The inside cabins looked very nice though, but a few days later when the sun hit just the right way on the cluster dashboard I noticed some scratches, I imagine from whoever did the detailing. Bummer! More
