My son and I were looking to buy a new 135i. He was still at college out-of-state and I was in NJ. While home for the holiday break, we visited several BMW dealers, looking at colors and speaking with salesm at college out-of-state and I was in NJ. When he made his decision, we called BMW of Roxbury because that dealership had been the most informative in answering our questions without inundating us with pressurized sales pitches. We arranged the test drive with Andrzej and my son was sold on the car. He wanted several specific and unusual accessories, and Andrzej helped him configure his perfect vehicle. Because he was still away at school, and he was the one purchasing the car, logistics were challenging but Andrzej was always helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. He suggested ways that allowed the deal to be done, even with the actual buyer not readily physically available. Email, faxes and phone calls as needed... Andrzej always returned phone calls and emails, even if the question was minor. Of course, on the actual day of purchase, my son came home to execute the paperwork and drive away his new 135i... I would recommend Andrzej and BMW of Roxbury to anyone considering a BMW without question or hesitation. More

The Roxbury dealership is new and very nice. They have a great showroom and selection in stock to look at and test drive. We were looking for a used BMW at several dealerships including Paul Miller. We were not happy with salesperson at Paul Miller , and continued to search. I looked at all local BMW dealerships online, and checked inventory. I saw that your dealership had a car that I was interested, but the photos where not very clear. I checked the online reviews for your dealership, and happened to see that someone I knew, Karen Brunner, wrote one. She praised Andre. I called her and she said, deal with Andre. I called him directly, told him my interest in the car for my son. I told him the photos were not clear, and I wondered if the was any damage to the bumper. He called me back, and said the car was in great shape, and that the light from the camera was reflecting on the bumper. We went in to see and test drive the car. Andre was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, but not pushy in anyway. I work in sales, and must say, he is very professional. I recently bought a new Buick from Salerno, and the salesperson was no where near as professional as Andre. Not only was he great when trying to make the sale, but he followed up with me after we picked up the car. He called that night, and the following day. Also, Dominick your finance person was a pleasure to deal with as well. My son had a question today, about a dashboard light, and a noise coming from exhaust. He called service, and they said, just bring it in today. So he will. I hope that service is just is good as sales and finance. Kudos to your company. Job well done! More
