Returning to Roxbury was a pleasure. My questions regarding the navigation and communication system in my 2007 328xi were thoroughly addressed by Allen. He went over every feature and showed me how to accurately operate all my "high tech" devices. Upon purchasing the car, I began to notice inadequacies with the brakes, Allen and Raymond, both were helpful in making sure my brakes were replaced. I couldn't be happier. Although my vehicle is gorgeous, there were some areas of chipped paint that were eye sores. After mentioning this to Raymond, he and Allen immediately arranged for painting and buffing and my car couldn't be more gorgeous!! Although there are some maintenance issues (not covered under warranty, nothing major), that still need to be addressed, I am confident that my continued experience with BMW Roxbury will prove to be an pleasant. Thanks Allen and Raymond for all your efforts. More
My salesman (jose) was very friendly and patient with me.My only issue was within 2weeks of having the x5 while on highway speed the steering wheel would shake if i would slow down or pump the brakes!at me.My only issue was within 2weeks of having the x5 while on highway speed the steering wheel would shake if i would slow down or pump the brakes!at the same time the rear brake light sensor and tire pressure came on.I immediately called the dealer..and they were not as fast to return my calls (shall i say because to them it would not be considered a sale but more of a loss)since i know the brakes could not have been wear and tear within 2weeks they finally had me bring in the car for evaluation FREE of charge.I was right the car had bad rooter/brake pads,light fuses bad,and tires were inspected for correct air pressure. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES I WOULD RECOMMEND the dealer just be aware and inspect the car fully and fight for what is you're right.. the car is great and my salesman was AWESOME...(ASK FOR JOSE) More
The dealer is selling a warranty on tires and rims that says they will replace if anything happens as many times as need be. A friend of mine recently purchased a car from the Roxbury NJ open road group a says they will replace if anything happens as many times as need be. A friend of mine recently purchased a car from the Roxbury NJ open road group and somewhere between the purchase and delivery the tire Rim was damaged by the dealer - the people purchased the insurance and then they would not replace the rim on NEW BMW which the dealer themselves damaged. I have recommended that my dear friends contact the Better business people this is a scam. Good Luck BMW owners. More

I leased a 2012 BMW M3 Convertible from Roxbury BMW-part of the Open Road Group of BMW dealerships this past month of May 2012. My sales experience began somewhat shakey, but then developed into a pleasura of the Open Road Group of BMW dealerships this past month of May 2012. My sales experience began somewhat shakey, but then developed into a pleasurable and fulfilling sales experience. Being a "Loyal Customer" of BMW since 2006, prior ownership of an M6 Convertible, I came to expect nothing less than a professional, ethical and fun buying experience. At first, things did not progress as expected, but the dealership's sales team did step to the plate and make a deal that would benefit both parties unequivocally. As a CEO of an Investment Corporation, I fully understand revenues, margins and the cost of doing business. It seems that Roxbury BMW also understands this. They do put the paying customer first, and seem to understand that a vehicle purchase is a huge event that takes time and research to make an informed decision where one feels satisfied on the price and/or payments. All in all I would definitely recommend Roxbury/Open Road Group BMW to my clients', friends, family and constituents. Keep up the great work in placing the customer's needs first and all the other business needs will follow...... More
christian promised me to have a brand new 535xi for a loaner. I just got my new bmw 650XI but upon delivery there was a problem with the seat so I made an appointment for service epecting that I will ge loaner. I just got my new bmw 650XI but upon delivery there was a problem with the seat so I made an appointment for service epecting that I will get the 5 series. I called an hour before and nobody told me that i was getting an old 3 series which I hate driving. First of all, a brand new 650XI that costs 99K should not have any problems and should have been checked thoroughly. After making the appointment a couple of days before, they should have reserved the new 5 series for me. I don't know if this was christian's fault but something is wrong with this dealership in treating customers like me who had been a loyal BMW customer for years. This is my 8th BMW, 5th from this dealer More

the people in roxbury are great. although the price probably was not the best deal the service more than made up for it. This is my 6th BMW from roxbury and hope that BMW brings in more diesel engine probably was not the best deal the service more than made up for it.
