I am a 30 year Realtor, never fun to deal with another sales person. The experience began with a young woman who handled her end beautifully. Mr salesman, Nick, had the answers to my questions and knowing I was a busy lady, assured me a swift and easy pick-up. Financing was relatively smooth and easy and those dreaded moments when you do the signing becoming totally enjoyable with a regimented fellow who was a delight and knew his business like the back of his hand. Now, so it doesn't sound made up; I ran into a glitch upon departure, to my knowledge that too, is being handled in a quick efficient manner and to my satisfaction. Forget about the price, they killed the competition! Thank you. More

Terrible service I bought a beautiful used 2015 Mustang from this dealer and loved it right away. The salesman was very nice but did not know anything about the car he was selling. They sold it to me WITH the engine checklight on; but it drove perfectly. A month after having the car, my exhaust and body RUSTS off. I recently got my car checked at a mechanic shop the dealer sent me to (the mechanic was also angry with the way they “threw it on him”) and he told me the CATALYTIC CONVERTER code came up and it may be THOUSANDS of dollars to fix that. I have no idea how this car possibly passed an emissions test. I called the dealer repeatedly after and got the same bs responses- “We will call you back”. After not calling back for 2 WEEKS me and my mom showed up to hastle them and they said they would contact us by today about repairing it at a local Ford and haven’t. I also was urged to buy a full coverage warranty that can ONLY be used at this BMW dealer which I now realize I’m paying for absolutely nothing because I am getting no help in the process of repair. I understand this is a BMW dealership, and the last thing they want is to deal with a Ford, but I own my own BMW as well and they are a terrible representation of a luxury brand. Stick to selling BMW’s if you don’t want to deal with anything else. More

Uncouth tag team (client advisor and sales manager) I visited this Dealership on 12/31/18 to lease a new 2018 X2, I was assisted by Nick, generally he was pleasant as I expected. The longer the price n I visited this Dealership on 12/31/18 to lease a new 2018 X2, I was assisted by Nick, generally he was pleasant as I expected. The longer the price negotiating period lasted, (at least an hour) the more transparent of just how truly superficial that pleasantry was. That said as we agreed on a purchase price and once I got the credit approval, Nick came back with a higher selling price. I was not willing to accept what is a type of switch and bait tactic to say the least. What's more is the fact that the sales manager disregarded the longstanding BMW purchasing history I've established - also tried to intimidate me into accepting the change from the original deal - becoming down right indignant in the process. He literally said he'd actually be quite comfortable not selling me the vehicle at all. So when does BMW openly allows Dealerships employees to decide on vehicle sales based on their comfort level... Over two hours of wasted time not to include the forty minute drive each way. More
