I leased a 2014 Cadillac ATS today and must say the entire process was very positive. Dennis in sales was very patient with me working through the selection of my car while Joe made the leasing of the entire process was very positive. Pretty sad display of sales here. I went in for a Demo 14' ATS 24 mo term lease and got quoted for a CTS coupe. I was quoted over the phone by a different dealership at 25% LESS p/month. So i went in t 14' ATS 24 mo term lease and got quoted for a CTS coupe. I was quoted over the phone by a different dealership at 25% LESS p/month. So i went in to test these guys. That is a huge rip off to say the lease. I am insulted and then nicely said to Scott, go back to your finance guy and say" I am not wasting you, finance or my time...i was quoted else where at 25% cheaper and if you match or can do better I will leave a deposit. He tried and said NO. Its funny how another dealership comes down $110 cheaper. The same thing happened to a family member before they got the CTS coupe. More

Been pleased with the overall sales and service dept with the exception of the "loaner" cars. I've previously owned Lexus cars and never was responsible for gas for a car they loaned me. He made sure we understood the technology in the vehicle, enjoyed the test drive, managed all the paperwork for us, and followed up to make sure we were still 100% thrilled. Paul is a true professional and I cannot recommend a dealer higher than Royal Cadillac. No high-pressure pitch; as Paul put it, they let the cars do the work! They really sell themselves. I am a repeat customer of Royal Cadillac. I own a 2004 Cadillac SRX that I purchased at Royal Cadillac. I returned to the dealership for a new car because of the quality of the brand (Cadillac) and becau Cadillac SRX that I purchased at Royal Cadillac. I know that through the quality of service I receive when bring the SRX in for maintenance. This is the first time that I have leased a car. This method of obtaining a new made ascertaining the quality of the deal less transparent to me. Nevertheless the dealer representatives were very patient and took all the time I needed to understand the benefits of leasing a car. I particularly valued the time spent and patience shown by my sales representative as he explained all the various features of the car and answered all my questions. The time spent with me meant less time on the show room floor for Mr. Sloyan, reducing his opportunities to obtain additional customers. That was not lost on me. I would readily return for my next car, and recommend the brand/dealer to others interested in a new car. More
