Going through this with a 6 month old vehicle, so I say poor customer service and poor manufacturing. Don’t buy Honda and don’t go to Open Rad Honda. More

But just three weeks after the service, the car stalled on the road. I had to tow it and spent $1,000 to replace the alternator. Then, a couple of months later, it stalled again in a parking lot, and I had to tow it once more, this time spending another $1,000 to replace the starter. I was told everything was fine after the initial service. To make matters worse, since then, my mileage has dropped from 17 MPG to 14 MPG on local drives. More
