They're a not genuine and not trustworthy. They scheduled me for an appointment today and refused to take my vehicle for service after visiting them. My car was serviced by them few months ago and went on the same issue again since they've not properly done there work. They refused to service my vehicle today because i responded to the Honda Survey genuinely. Donna Scala (Service Advisor) don't know how to talk to the customers...They do exactly opposite to the Honda's core principals.Totally disappointed with her the way she handled me. I waited for one hour to talk to the Service Manager to see if he could be of anyhelp. Finally the Neil Wood (Service Manager/Director) came after one hour and behaved in same way. The manager/director role is to address the issues, but he does exactly opposite and he's of no help. He said he can't have my vehicle inspected. They wasted my time. Totally not a good place if you want your vehicles to be serviced good. On the other hand, I had issue with the sales person. They took the deposit, ran the credit check and after a week, they started saying the car color is not available. Not a good place to shop the vehicles either Please think twice before going to this place. They don't even deserve a single star. Please report them to HONDA if you come across same issues to you. Horrible customer service, never picks up the phones. Called every line and department and kept getting a recorded message saying "no one is available to pick up your call" and disconnecting me. Tried Called every line and department and kept getting a recorded message saying "no one is available to pick up your call" and disconnecting me. Tried sales, service and their main number and they all had the same recording. Was trying to schedule maintenance service on a new car I bought from them last year. Been trying for days and can't get through to anyone there but today i tried more than 20 times. Finally I got through on Sales and I said "I was trying to reach service" and before i finished my sentence which was going to say "but I haven't been able to get through" this rude woman without saying a word cut me off and transferred me to service where I was back to square one with the same recording and being disconnected. I then tried a few more times and couldn't get her back. Kept getting the "no one is available" message and hanged up on. For a Honda dealer they sure have horrible customer service. I only bought my car from them because they where the only ones close to me that had the color i wanted in stock but never again. I just wanted to get the car maintenance service there because that's where I bough it but nope not doing that. They weren't that great the day I bought it and they had to check a tire that kept going flat which at the end I ended up replacing at my own expense but i figured i would give them another chance. Would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone. More
