Ruben is the bomb !! He made sure that my part was available and reserved for install, arranged my drop-off ride and checked on the maintenance warranty....And, when I went to pick up my Yukon the nex available and reserved for install, arranged my drop-off ride and checked on the maintenance warranty....And, when I went to pick up my Yukon the next day, I found that it had been safely locked in the area where the vehicles were serviced. Great attentive service. I arrived early and my identified service agent was not available. Another representative stepped, requested my service needs and immediately got the process started. Among identified service agent was not available. Another representative stepped, requested my service needs and immediately got the process started. Among other service needs, I identified a suspected issue with my coolant system. When my service had been completed, my original service agent had returned and completed the check out process. However, the stand in agent, also sought me out and advised that he had discussed my coolant concern with the service technician and no problems were found--now that's follow through!! More
