Normally i have only provided 5 star rating when Jake was my Service Manager, after he retired I have had three others Ian was great but had departed, the other on was less than desirable and Nelson did not my Service Manager, after he retired I have had three others Ian was great but had departed, the other on was less than desirable and Nelson did not do his homework when it came to reviewing what was required maintenance on my vehicle. I had the transmission recall which flushed and took care of that service at the 70K mark and just had the cabin filter replaced. Jake always knew what was accomplished with my vehicle as I have all the maintenance accomplished at your service department. I expect my service manager to tell me what my vehicle need and had researched what had been done before coming to me. I will continue to come there but am switching to Robert who I know will provide me with the best Service just like Jake had! It is very hard when one had the Best and then have to compare. Robert seems to be in the same lines as Jake and I will stick with Robert More
I was very disappointed with the service level. First the vehicle that I looked at was listed as brand new and only 8 to 10 miles, when I got there it had been used as a demo unit and had 3,125 miles (far fr vehicle that I looked at was listed as brand new and only 8 to 10 miles, when I got there it had been used as a demo unit and had 3,125 miles (far from new). So on the website the mileage was wrong, it was actually a used vehicle. Then when I inspected the vehicle (because it was used) had damage on the back bumper, which they acknowledged and said they would repair. They call me a week after I took delivery, I then brought the vehicle in for the repair and the collision division did not know what needed to be repaired, and they had to order a part to repair so I had to come back AGAIN! There was also issues with the trade in negotiation that displeased me. I bought the vehicle but have been regretting the experience since, you do a major purchase only to have it ruined by the process! More

Glenn was very professional and helpful to take a short time to get the headlight bulb changed. I came in early but he assisted me like right away and if he is available I will use him as my service repre time to get the headlight bulb changed. Well i bought my car during the holidays sometime closer to Thanksgiving. In the following weeks i noticed a shaking getting more and more noticable when stopping. When i was sold the car I was told things to Thanksgiving. In the following weeks i noticed a shaking getting more and more noticable when stopping. When i was sold the car I was told things like brakes and tires and safety related issues are addressed and fixed. So if this was true why would i have to be replacing my front rotors and brakes at my own expense before I even made my first car payment. This got me really annoyed and I was just told by Glenn who spoke with Oscar, the guy who sold me the car, that this problem isn't covered in the deal and I am reaponsible for it. There was clearly a problem starting that was overlooked by the tech when the car was sold to you guys, rotors and brakes don't give out in weeks. To me this is poor service and care for safety, I for sure won't be having return business since I feel cheated in this encounter. More
