I have a 2016 GMC Yukon XL. GMC has known about the issue with the transmission fluid but has not done anything about it. I feel if this has been a known issue that is causing transmission shuttering issue with the transmission fluid but has not done anything about it. I feel if this has been a known issue that is causing transmission shuttering and failure it should be a recall or the cost to service it should be covered. Instead I got a $90 diagnosis fee just to tell me that the issue is a know issue GMC has had and the service agent even said “we have been replacing transmission clutches on these vehicles like hot cakes before GMC came out with it being related to the transmission. I plan on taking this up with the corporate offices. More
