My brother and I have bought many vehicles from Orange Buick/GMC over the years, but I made the mistake of purchasing this 2015 Chevy truck from Auto Nation 1n 2015. Last year they held my vehicle "hostage" for over 6 weeks insisting that it had been struck by lightening and wanted $4,000 to replace a software module. My insurance company and the national weather service both agreed that it was impossible, but the dealer and corporate GM refused to change their position. I finally had the vehicle towed to your shop and they fixed it the same day and it was covered under warranty !!!. One of the software modules had failed and guess where your shop got the part - next door at Auto Nation Chevrolet. Your dealership and Robert Cicero are the greatest! I recommend them to everyone that I meet!!!! There's a reason that your dealership has been around for so long. Thanks!!!!! More

Used Car Sales I purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT that was, on the surface, in great condition. Engine and transmission were in excellent condition and the majority I purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT that was, on the surface, in great condition. Engine and transmission were in excellent condition and the majority of the body was in good condition. The box had a plastic liner insert that appeared to be fairly new. My intent was to remove the bed liner and spray the box with LineX as soon as I could. I removed the bed liner the next day and it revealed significant damage to the top rails of the bed and to the top of the tailgate. This damage was not mentioned to me anytime during the sale process. The gas tank was empty during the test drive and it was stated that they would place a small amount in the tank to get me home. The tank in the Ford Ranger holds 17 gallons. When I got to the gas station to fill up the tank it took 16.5 gallons to fill the truck which leads me to believe that no gas was placed in the tank by the dealer. More
