Long story short, my wife and I have been looking at new SUV's for a few months now. I have visited several local to Tampa dealerships and after having looked at the Kia Sorento, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC T SUV's for a few months now. I have visited several local to Tampa dealerships and after having looked at the Kia Sorento, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain and having looked (on the internet) at what other manufacturers had to offer in this SUV line, we had boiled it down to the Equinox & Terrain. Our styling preference was the Terrain with the Equinox a close second. I looked at all the lease incentives offered by the various manufactures. These seemed to change monthly or quarterly sometimes in between. My wife and I will be out of the country for two months of the up coming year and had decided to sell our second car and bank the insurance money saved and not pay a lease for those two months. However, with the current Federal budget battle in Congress which I believe will rear its ugly head once again in January 2014, we decided that the interest rates may take a big boost and decided not to be "Penny wise and pound foolish". I did a Florida internet search for a Champagne colored Terrain which led me to Orange Buick / GMC. My first contact was on a web chat with Steve Ali a very helpful individual that answered most of my questions. He referred me to Roger Menn Sales & Leasing Consultant. Roger and I emailed back and forth for about a week. Roger was also excellent and personable. He answered all my questions without playing a big secretive sales game with me which quite frankly kept me interested. We were really in no dire need or in a hurry to obtain a vehicle. He sent me the figures I requested from him and we had the choice down to a demo SLE-1 in our color choice of Champagne Silver and an SLE-2 in Quick Silver (Not my wife's choice nor mine) but we really did want the 8 way power adjustable drivers seat since there is over a one foot difference in our heights. We decided to schedule an appointment with Roger to look at the two vehicles. We ended up with the more user friendly as opposed to color choice and won't need to do a bunch of manual adjustments when changing drivers or on a longer trip. I will say, with Orange Buick/GMC being about 80 miles from home, had I been put off with the responses I received from either Steve or Roger, I would have said the heck with it we can wait. Not the case and instead of the typical PAINFUL, PRESSURE sales of old, this was a delightful experience. We will absolutely keep Orange Buick / GMC as a top runner for our next vehicle and will recommend Orange to any friends looking for a Buick or GMC vehicle. Our overall experience at Orange Buick GMC was well worth the approximately 80 mile each way drive. More

We quickly found another, comparable vehicle thanks to Jarrod's help. He was very friendly and did not pressure us in any way, very laid back which is a nice feature in a car salesman. We had a trade-in, in which we were offered a fair amount for. There was no game playing, no haggling whatsoever. The entire process of purchasing the new vehicle was relatively quick, the staff across the board was terrific. We drove away in our new vehicle completely satisfied with the entire experience. We highly recommend Orange Buick GMC and look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them! More
What a wonderful experience at a car dealership. Looking for a new vehicle at 6PM on a week day. As soon as we walked in a gentleman greeted us, no he was not hovering. I have been doing business with Orange Buick since 1971 when it was Sonny King's Orange Buick. The professionalism as set forth by Sonny King still carries through to this day. There was no sales pressure, they showed me the cars in my particular price range, I chose on, a LaCrosse. I am very happy with this car. I like the way the people at Orange Buick treats their customers. I just keep coming back to the best Buick Dealership in the United States. They definitely rate a full 5 stars. More

I purchased a used, one owner 2005 Buick lacrosse, purchased at Orange Buick and serviced there. Great deal, low mileage and mint condition. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and upon driving purchased at Orange Buick and serviced there. Great deal, low mileage and mint condition. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and upon driving it home, in that 30 mile window the transmission started "shuttering" when shifting from first to second. (Saturday) The next day I opened the driver’s door and the handle feel off. (Sunday). Upon researching the "shuttering transmission" gm was aware of this problem. I had a meeting with service manager “Curt” and he wasn’t at first aware of a shuttering transmission problem, but when I showed him the bulletin he became aware and new the problem existed. He said then he could fix it but the problem would come back and told me to keep my money, not worth fixing since the problem will come back. I requested the service history and the original owner had the same problems in for service and never repaired because of no codes in computer. This car also experienced stalling problems with no codes and reported to Orange Buick service dept and never repaired that either. I purchased the total care package when I purchased the vehicle and the transmission is now repaired at a different dealer and out of pocket cost of $400 dollars. The car still randomly stalls (creating a very dangerous situation) I have taken it to other Buick dealers for repair and they cant find the problem either. I went to a non Buick dealer with many years of expertise and very reputable and after showing “them” the vehicle history from Orange Buick, he states its the worst repair history he has ever seen on a GM car in over 30 plus years of servicing GM vehicles. I purchased this car from Orange Buick, and has been in the shop an average once a month since then. This car only had 47000 miles on it when I purchased it. I really like Buick, but this is the worst car for repair and reliability, I have ever owned, and doubt I will ever purchase another Buick and surely can not recommend Orange Buick service department. Even the original owner got taken, not fixing the original problems and I inherited them. At a great expense to me, and has become a total waste of my time and money. More

This was my first new vehicle purchase as I am a recent college grad. I had some trepidations about purchasing a new vehicle, but from my first encounter I knew if I was going to be purchasing a vehicle it college grad. I inquired about a 2013 Sierra and was promptly followed up by an email from Tony Baldini. He was very cordial, extremely helpful, and never pressured me into feeling like I had to come in and buy a truck. I had quite a few questions and he was never hesitant to answer any of them. After weeks of communications, I finally stopped by the dealership when they were closed to take a look at a vehicle. Even though they were closed I was greeted by Roger Menn who asked if he could help me with anything. After not being able to locate a certain vehicle on the lot, he made it his priority to go out of his way to do so. It turned out that the vehicle was loaned out but Roger made sure when it was returned that I would be the first to be able to look at it. He was extremely helpful, cordial, and very respectful of the rate I had in mind. After going in to look at the vehicle we spent quite a bit of time negotiating and they wound up getting me an extremely good deal. Roger made us feel comfortable the entire time, answering all of our questions, and never once pressuring me to sign a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The finance guy although some what abrasive, got me a better rate than I had anticipated. We finally came to terms I was comfortable with and wound up purchasing the vehicle. I will have to say in this whole process Roger is your biggest advocate and will treat you as his client and not just another customer. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle, contact Roger Menn and he will take care of you! More
