I can't begin to describe how great this exerience has been. I went in with an online printout of three cars I was interested in and explained to Walter what I wanted and what my credit challenges were. been. Tim actually took me out for the test rides and told me all about each car. Roger worked miracles with me to get me the financing I needed and throughout the process, each of them called me at least once to follow up with me, to thank me and to encourage me. When I picked my car up there was a little pull and the service manager squeezed me right in and fixed it right up. While I was waiting, Roger offered me lunch (three times) and Tim and I got into a conversation about Lynard Skynard and other old classic rock that ended with him giving me a thumb drive full of his own personal favorites from his collection. That impressed me the most because he didn't do that to capture my sale - the sale had already been done. It was a gift of kindness, pure and simple. Each of them has since called to check to make sure I'm still happy with my "little red wagon" and their kindness and honest caring about my decision have ensured that no matter what happens in the future, all my service and all my sales referrals will go to them. If I could stand on a street corner and hold a sign for them, I would. If I could pull people in by the hand and say "Look, if you don't buy from these people you're crazy", I would. That's how awesome each and every staff member I came into contact was. Truly the most amazing car-buying experience I've had in my whole life. More

I took my wife's car in for an oil change and by day's end drove away with a 2010 Buick Enclave. The workers are very polite. They know customer service and they are giving it to everyone. That was my first experience observing. Every customer had a smile. Even when I made my appointment online they were quick to respond. I took my car and had the oil change tires rotate and checked all the fluids. I was out by 8:30am. My appointment was at 7:30am. Tim has been the best car sales associate that I've had the pleasure of working with in years. We hit it off right from the beginning and up till now. Tim calls me from time to time to see if I'm still e the pleasure of working with in years. We hit it off right from the beginning and up till now. Tim calls me from time to time to see if I'm still enjoying my new Buick LaCrosse which I am. I've dealt with a lot of sales associates in my lifetime, by trade I'm a purchasing director. So you just can imagine the contacts and dealings i've had in my 30 plus years as a director. Tim went above my expectations as well, he wanted to make sure that I was buying the right car that I wanted. There was no pressure whats so ever and that is what I like. I hope that Tim Cook will still be there when I need to purchase my next Buick as well. I just love the Buick LaCrosse since the new body style came out in 2010 but what impressed me the most is the new eAssist engine that GM is producing. The test car I drove had one but I didn't know it until after the test drive and Tim told me i just couldn't get over it. This is my 6th Buick since the early 80's and I will continue to look forward to the cutting edge that Buick is well know for. Thanks again a very satisfied customer. Paul Blanchette More
Bought my GMC truck from Orange GMC Buick this past July and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 months ago. I was pretty surprise he remembered me since my other experiences at other dealerships would forget your name once you walk out the door. Anyways, Roger was very helpful in pointing out the various accessories for the truck, no pushy salesmenship. He introduced me to Reggie at the parts department where I ordered a bedliner, mud flaps for the front and rear of the truck and railing caps to finish it off. Roger then took me back to the service department where I met Jake who remembered me from the first time I came to Orange Buick. His crew then worked on my truck and it was finished in no time. The service department's quality workmanship and attention to detail made me at ease to know that I can trust Orange Buick GMC to service my vehicle when needed. I have worked with the above service members and they all are friendly and ensure my concerns are addressed to my satisfaction. John Baumgardner went out of his way to investigate whether a spare tire came equipped with my new vehicle and discovered it was not, so he provided a GM bulletin with instructions on use of the compressor and tire sealant. Marc and Sven completed the finalization of the transaction in an efficient and knowledgeable manner. It is always a pleasure to visit Orange Buick and chat with Steve Williams about new GM products. He always seems to be able to match products with customer's needs, so it appears the dealership has a valuable member with him in their organization. More
