Rendevous started shaking, missing, and acting like it was going to stop in the middle of the road on the way to work. Orange Buick is on one of my route to work so I was trying to nurse the car into the was going to stop in the middle of the road on the way to work. Orange Buick is on one of my route to work so I was trying to nurse the car into the dealer w/ the check engine light flashing most of the way. Robert Cicero took me in right away and indicated the he could hear that the problem was likely an engine issue. With 182K miles on the vehicle I was sure I would need to be looking for a different car. I was estatic when Robert called to tell me that one of the newer plug wires had failed and that replacing the wire fixed the problem. After some ongoing problems with my 2003 Buick Rendevous, we brought it to Orange Buick and Thomas Santiago was just wonderful. He explained the problem in detail and said he would have it ready in 60 to 90 we brought it to Orange Buick and Thomas Santiago was just wonderful. He explained the problem in detail and said he would have it ready in 60 to 90 minutes. We waited in the lounge area and they finished the car in about 80 minutes. It feels so good to have my car running good again. Since our closest dealership, Courtesy Buick, closed down a couple of years ago, we were hesitant to drive the distance to Orlange Buick. It was well worth the drive. Thomas was so friendly and made us feel like valued customers. If I ever have a problem with the car again, I will never hesitate to drive to Orange Buick for repairs. It is my pleasure to recommend Orange Buick GMC to anyone who owns a GM product. I feel as though GM products are built to last, and taking them to a GM dealer for service only makes sense. Our salesman, Thomas Prioleau, was friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and explained the many features. He made the buying experience easy. I think I paid a fair price and both parties were satisfied with the deal. They found the specific vehicle I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered the next day. It was ready when promised and included a full tank of gas.
