I will be sending a formal letter to the General Manger this week, but overall, with the amount I am paying for my lease and the type of SUV/Truck I have, I expect much better customer service. Further, and despite my SUV being in the dealer twice in the past two months, both issues have not be able to fixed, and it does not seem to be a priority... as phone appointments were missed and a lack of follow-up and communication. At this point, I would not sign a new lease or recommend Orange Buick GMC to any of my friends or family. I will send formal letter this week. More
I was pleased with the service except for one thing: I had to make three trips to the dealership. First: (expected) to identify the problem. I took my car on 5/17 to have a noise that I kept hearing in the back tired and a oil change, as I was leaving the noise was still there, I had to return back with my car and was told it was my front axel an in the back tired and a oil change, as I was leaving the noise was still there, I had to return back with my car and was told it was my front axel and that they do not have the equipment to take of the problem, I was advised to go to Honda, per Honda it is a broken back break bracket that was rubbing against the tire, I don’t believe that anyone truly checked my car after spending 4 hours waiting in the service department, my service rep.
