Above and beyond I came in for a recall on a burnt out brake light on my yukon XL. While I was waiting to get the part ordered and paperwork, they went ahead and addr I came in for a recall on a burnt out brake light on my yukon XL. While I was waiting to get the part ordered and paperwork, they went ahead and addressed another open brake recall, and they washed my truck. This is my second time to the dealership, and only on this visit - which was a NO COST visit - they washed my truck. My first visit was service totaling over $700 and they left my truck dirty. I would have guessed the washing would have been the other way around. Thank you for the prompt service for my recall and the wash! More

Brought in for service. Flat tire. Started with OnStar call. Was turned over to GMC service. Tire change handled very well and as promised. Dealer replaced tire due to damage.
