I have taken both my Pontiac Vibe and the Saturn my daughter drives to Orange Buick multiple times. My most recent visit was for a basic oil change. Thomas was quick to let me know what the safety check had shown, and had a price ready for the wipers I needed. The waiting room was comfortable, a complimentary lunch was offered, and everyone was very friendly. I have been in before for service, and also for repairs when my window slid down last year and would not close. Although the glass needed to be ordered, the service people managed to get the glass into place so that I could continue to drive the car while waiting for the glass to arrive. They even disabled the window control so that I wouldn't accidentally open the window. The driver who took me to and picked me up from work was also very friendly. More

I drove my vehicle to Orange Buick several weeks ago for an oil change/tire rotation. I had an appt. but it could not be located on the computer by advisor Filotei. Mr. Filotei immediately completed paper an oil change/tire rotation. I had an appt. but it could not be located on the computer by advisor Filotei. Mr. Filotei immediately completed paper work for my vehicle to be serviced. The service was completed promptly. I also brought to his attention that the drink holder at the rear of the console would not close properly. The passenger inside door handle was also peeling. The vehicle is still under warranty. The technician replaced the cup holder with a new one and it now functions properly. Advisor Filotei advised he would order a new door handle and notify me when it came in. In approx. one week Mr. Filotei called me to advise the handle was in and to scheduled and appt. to have it installed. This was completed a few days later at my convenience. My experience with Orange Buick has always been positive. All personnel sales and service have been friendly and professional. I ordered my first Yukon XL from Orange Buick in 2001 sales person Scott Roberts (retired). I purchased a 2004 Yukon from Ralph Lang (retired) and a 2009 Yukon XL from Rod Canole (currently in fleet sales). All my experiences with Orange Buick have been positive. I look forward to a continued positive relationship with Orange Buick. More

He told me to come in at 10:00 am and by 11:15 my Pontiac G6 was ready to go. Thank God for Mr. Cicero! Within 3 hours, my day had gone from scary awful to wonderful. The people on the service floor seem to be a bit too sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the probl sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the problem was solved with a much less expensive repair. of course there is no way to prove that this dealer's repair was for the wrong part after the fact. The service advisor's comments basically defended the work done...What did I expect??? More
