Orange Buick GMC - Service Center

The service that was done to my vehicle it was great it working my AC is working that's what I wanted but to get to that point and have one of the service agents by the name of Glenn I can't think of his l working my AC is working that's what I wanted but to get to that point and have one of the service agents by the name of Glenn I can't think of his last name is long to me was terrible I will call it took 3 weeks calling him back and forth about calling the warranty people to get my AC fix I had to call the warranty people and connect him to them with him on the line and there are other things that needs to be fixed on my vehicle and it's called and leave messages with Glenn and asking him could he please give me a call back when could I get him to call them or how long I have to wait for them fixing the AC because I need the other work done also and I want it done like again I say before the warranty it's up. In person Mr Glen is Good very mandible polite person but he's not good and returning calls and you know to give you comfort you know he's not good in it and that hurts me because it's just me I don't have nobody no man in my life to help me with my vehicle so I just want it running and right and plus the Buick place is right up my street you know maybe two or three blocks it's close I don't want to go to a no place I have a couple gas is so high. Brought in for routine service along with a problem with steering. Was told the mechanics could not find anything wrong with steering and didn't let me know that until I picked up the vehicle. Gmc hung me out to dry. Cost me 7,000 for something they new about I keep up my service on the truck. If I did something wrong I would eat it. Not a happy camper. Lifters. Needed serious work done quickly since I had to leave town in 2 days for a surgery. Service department got me in quickly and fixed the issue the next day.
