Poor communication, every excuse such as IT doesn't work, wouldn't answer my calls. Returned my car in 2 days and I had to return as they changed the battery but the electrical system when I got home started wouldn't answer my calls. Returned my car in 2 days and I had to return as they changed the battery but the electrical system when I got home started lights flashing and horn blowing. Had to return. They had it for 2 weeks and before I picked up my car, I asked if they checked the battery. Well when u went to puck up my car, I asked the runner to check the battery. It was dying. So. I had to wait for another battery. During this 2 week process, I asked by texting if the parts had been ordered and shipped and whether they could track it. One person said no, another texted, that they could check to see if it had been shipped but not tracking the entire journey. The phone calls answered at the dealership by Faye were the only high rating this business gets. After experiencing this. I will not buy a car at this dealership or ever have my car serviced by them again. Very poor customer service. James answered one of my calls and he was very helpful. More
