Great, honest customer service! Highly recommended! Good, honest service was exactly what I received from this dealership. My problems started when my JX35 headlights did not work. I took my car to my usual dealership location, and was quoted an exorbitant amount for parts and labor. I decided to call Orange Coast Infiniti and was greeted by Eduardo Ortiz, a service consultant. He was able to give me a quote over the phone with parts and labor. I felt that the price was very fair, given how expensive the parts are. Eduardo went above and beyond by offering to pick up my car and get things done so that my work schedule would not be disrupted. This was greatly appreciated, but given my personal circumstances, I decided to bring the car in myself. Eduardo treated me with respect, and I did not feel like I was being duped into something that I did not need. In my previous interactions at other dealerships, I have felt that I was being treated differently because I am a woman. I did not feel taken advantage of at Orange Coast Infiniti, and I greatly appreciated this. Since I dropped the car off later on in the day, I was quickly offered a courtesy car. From the time of check-in to diagnosis completion, I did not have to wait very long at all. Orange Coast Infiniti has definitely earned my family's business! Ask for Eduardo Ortiz! More

Pleasent Tuan did in amazing job on servicing my 2017 Q60. There was a small ECM recall and he took care of it for me right away. Amazing service at OC Infiniti I made an appointment to get my car serviced on Saturday morning at 8am but of course I was late. No problem at all! Because Kevin took me in without any hassle or waiting. It’s aalways great coming to OC Infiniti and seeing Kevin because I feel at ease. I don’t have to worry about getting tricked or will my car be taken care of. Kevin feels like family! Kevin kept me in the loop while my car was being serviced and it was completed in a quick fashion. No complaints at all. Kevin and OC Infiniti help take out the worry away from maintenance. I' I went to have my oil change on 2/5/19 and as always, I was greeted by the employees, specifically Gerardo, Kevin, Tuan, Eduardo, and Julian today. I've been here a couple times and they are always consistent in making me feel welcome since they are very friendly and also makes one feel like they care for you. As for the time it took to replace the oil, it was quick and efficient, less than one hour. Gerardo, Kevin, Tuan, and Eduardo definitely always makes sure I am taken care of, but for today Gerardo went above and beyond. I'm grateful and appreciative of the service that they always give me.
