Normally I have received good service, but today I had my first negative experience with your service department. For a few weeks the maintenance required message has been showing on my wife's 2020 Camry. I first negative experience with your service department. For a few weeks the maintenance required message has been showing on my wife's 2020 Camry. I was finally able to find a time to take it in for her and had an appointment for this morning. Josh asked what I was there for. I explained that i had the maintenance required light on and I assumed it was for regular maintenance. The car has 21,000 miles on it, I purchased the full service package when I purchased the vehicle from you. He looked it up and asked so do you want the 35k service? Then later he said that the 35k service doesn't include an oil change and asked if I wanted the 40k service. Really, at 21k? I don't know how many miles you expect it to be driven every year, but you need to factor in that Covid meant it sat in the garage way more than usual. He said that the oil was last changed at 13k and that I "should be good for another 2 to 3 thousand miles. I asked why the maintenance light had come on. He said he didn't know, that it "might have just been a tire pressure issue." I am very upset that I had to make major scheduling adjustments for absolutely nothing. All he did was reset the maintenance warning. At the very least I should have left knowing why the maintenance message came on. I am seriously doubting whether I will ever purchase the maintenance package again, that is IF I buy yet another Toyota (my 2020 is the second one I purchased from you. As of today, I am a very dissatisfied customer. To make matters worse, I opened a chat with them from their website, sent this message, and no one responded. More

I bought a car at Brent Brown and had made arrangements for some additional accessories and some minor fixes I wanted addressed while my car was in the shop. I gave multiple people the list of things that for some additional accessories and some minor fixes I wanted addressed while my car was in the shop. I gave multiple people the list of things that I wanted addressed, I know it was a little complicated because some of the work was accessories and some of the work service but i was a little concerned with the amount of confusion between the departments. I took multiple phone calls just to clarify (which I would prefer over having something wrong). But when I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised everything was taken care of and looked great! It took a couple days longer than initially expected but that was no big deal because they provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time of the repairs. More
