Everyone at Brent Brown Toyota has done everything possible to make sure that I’m super happy with my car purchase! Even after the car had issues after the purchase they went above and beyond to fix p possible to make sure that I’m super happy with my car purchase! Even after the car had issues after the purchase they went above and beyond to fix problems at no extra expense to make my vehicle just like new. The service department did not confirm that it would have people there at the appointment time we spent 3 hrs in the waiting room with nothing getting done on my windshield. We left and there won’t be any people there at the appointment time we spent 3 hrs in the waiting room with nothing getting done on my windshield. We left and there won’t be any repeat business from me. The customer relations department has reached out to me. I was not happy about the trade off. I live 1 hour and 45 minutes away I don’t think I should be the one to make the trip for your mistake More
