I was told the diagnostic fee would be 140. It was then upped to 280. I have no idea why the promised amount doubled, and we weren’t even told this was a possibility. Our car was kept for four days, and we had to call 20 or so times to get anyone to respond. To get any response usually took us calling 4-5 times and leaving multiple messages, and ultimately refusing to get off the phone until we heard from someone. We had an appointment, and it was clear nothing was done on our car at the time of the appointment, and we never received any contact unless we initiated it. Very bad customer service, very bad communication, and no transparency as to how much a diagnosis will actually cost. Very frustrating. I have paid Brent Brown thousands of dollars on my several Toyotas over the years, and this was by far my worst experience. More
Could communicate better about the status of the car and when it gets finished. My daughter took the car in but was never really notified ( nor was I) after 2 hours she asked if it was done ( which it was) when it gets finished.
