Rylee was so amazing! We sat down and she asked me what I wanted. She found me 5 different vehicles in my criteria and had them ready every time I came back from a test dr We sat down and she asked me what I wanted. She found me 5 different vehicles in my criteria and had them ready every time I came back from a test drive the next one was ready! She was so great I can’t say it enough! I will tell anyone who needs a vehicle to go to her! The whole process took me maybe 3 hours the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership! Thanks Rylee!!!!! More

Rushed, difficult communication, tire rotation without balancing that caused me to return to the dealership immediately as the front end was shaking, all putting me in a time crunch. It added to my experience with the purchase a year ago wich tops the list of worst dealership I have dealt with over the past 50 years of purchasing cars and trucks in many states. On a good note, the actual salesman I worked with when I purchased the 4Runner was very good. The only reason I will return to Brent Brown in Orem is because I purchased the maintenance plan. I regret having done that as well. More
