crooks! tried to gut me $900. 2 hours service to remove the front grill???? $700 for a sensor recalibration. Are you serious? I replaced the grill to the o tried to gut me $900. 2 hours service to remove the front grill???? $700 for a sensor recalibration. Are you serious? I replaced the grill to the original myself in 5 min.!!! 700$ to recalibrate a sensor that just needed it's it's original grill, which I provided!!!!!! Did it all myself in less that 15 min and saved myself $900!!!! CROOKS!!!!! Never again. And I will for sure tell all Toyota owners the truth! More

Great service from the service representative. Friendly and helpful. Kept me informed and found my extended warranty which saved me $500+. I set an appointment a week in advance to have a key made. When I arrived for my appointment, they did not have the necessary key. I had to go home at a later time. That said, the workers were kind made. When I arrived for my appointment, they did not have the necessary key. I had to go home at a later time. That said, the workers were kind and friendly. This is my first experience having my new Toyota serviced at Brent Brown. I am impressed by their streamlined approach. I hope to have better experiences in the future. More
