overall i do feel like i was taking care of by tom and the lady who helped me at the service area. the experience itself got very frustrating, having to come back after finding problems with my seatbelt s the lady who helped me at the service area. the experience itself got very frustrating, having to come back after finding problems with my seatbelt sensors, then telling me it was nothing going up to get it looked at and then not having an appoinment, and having to go back to sign papers because my loan didn’t go through and then saying “we were gonna have you bring it back but decided not to because we didn’t wanna lose the money” really frustrated me on the experience as a whole. no hate to tom and the other lady who helped me. financial guys were kind of rude tho.milani was my favorite perso by far. My service advisor, Milani, was great, but the tech who did the service on my car? WOW... My car stunk of BO terribly when I first got back in it and, no, it sure as xxxx wasn't me.
