We called to make an appointment to drive a Rav 4. We told them in advance what model and trim package we were looking for. When we got there isntead of having a car waiting for us to drive they wanted told them in advance what model and trim package we were looking for. When we got there isntead of having a car waiting for us to drive they wanted to sit down and chat for about 20 minutes. Then they went and found a car for us to drive. I was not happy about that. After the test drive they immediately started in on what it would take to get us to drive a car home today. We told them we still had a couple of different cars to test drive. Remember our goal in buying a car it get the car that works best for us, not to make sure Brent Brown sales a car. There response was, "if we can get the numbers right do you still need to look at other cars?" My answer of course was Yes, it's not just about the numbers. As soon as we said that they basically stopped trying to sell us a car. I said lets see your numbers I want the best price you can give me plus tax, title, and fees. They provided what we asked for but basically their best price was full list. I have actually purchased a few cars from Brent Brown over the years. And here is what I have learned over 30 years of car buying. When I was young, broke, with no credit and desperate to get into a car. These guys seemed like heroes because they would do all kinds of tricks to get me into a car I really couldn't afford. But now as a much older and wiser man who has learned from his mistakes, when I walk into a dealership with great credit, a sizable down payment , and pre-arranged financing they acted like they did not want to waste their time with me. Why? because a guy like me will not let them finance me for 84 months to get the payment down, nor will I allow them to tack on all the extra fees that make my $30,000 car suddenly cost $37,000 with stuff like gap insurance and fabric protection. There are obviously easier marks out there. . It's high pressure sales to get the most money out of you they can. And if your stuck with a car you paid way to much for and can't really afford and will be upside down in for the next 5 years. Well, that's your problem. Hey, at least you got the heated seats right. I don't see myself ever buying from these guys again More

My experience was so positive , I do not know where to start. Brent Brown Toyota knows how to treat a customer right. I have been searching for a TRD PRO for the last couple days in 4 states so I have spo start. Brent Brown Toyota knows how to treat a customer right. I have been searching for a TRD PRO for the last couple days in 4 states so I have spoken to many Salespeople. I was put in contact with Brock D at Brent Brown Toyota who called me right away unlike another dealer just up the freeway from them who called me back 5 hours later. Brent listened to my needs and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. He stopped what he was doing and went out to the lot to verify they actually have the vehicle available and he sent me photos of it. Do you know how many other Dealers told me they have the vehicle and to only tell me hours later it was either not here yet or it was already sold? I literally had another dealer tell me to come down since they had the vehicle I wanted and when I got there, they told me it was coming in three weeks. Anyway, Brent did what it took to get all our paperwork done in a fast efficient manner. He worked with his Used Car Manager to get me top dollar for my trade. We were able to work out all the details over the phone. AND TO TOP IT ALL, He packed up his beautiful family in the Tacoma and drove 4 hours to deliver to me. WHO DOES THIS? We feel so blessed to have found Brock D and Brent Brown Toyota. They will ALWAYS be my first call when we are ready for another Toyota. More
