When we were talking about price and trade in value I was first given numbers that didn’t make sense. The sales manager couldn’t back in to the numbers I was offered and If I hadn’t asked for detail of the “add ons” I would have been charged almost $2500 more than I should have. I don’t think the sales manager was trying to be dishonest or anything but I do think he could have been more transparent with what I was being charged for and what the final sales price was going to be right from the start. Also when I got to the finance managers office (Nate I believe) the amount financed was $500 more than was I agreed to initially and he couldn’t explain it. I was happy that he reduced the price to what I agreed to. So yes I do think the experience over was good, but the presentation of sales price and trade in value was sloppy. More

Poor over all customer service Service rep Mo was the only good thing so far about going to Brent brown. We usually drive an 1.5 hours north to Tony Divino but when a light came on Service rep Mo was the only good thing so far about going to Brent brown. We usually drive an 1.5 hours north to Tony Divino but when a light came on we had to take it to Brent Brown and it’s been impossible to work with them in regards to additional work that was to be done as it’s a brand new car and we added some stuff to it. A guy went to go get our car to tint it and the people at Brent brown said they didn’t know where our car was. This happened due to us only paying $60 for a front tint rather than the $120 that Brent Brown was trying to charge. The guy the dealership goes through for tinting told us that it was only $60 so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t allow our car to be tinted while we told them that’s what we wanted not to mention also paid for. The prices here are higher than any other Toyota dealership we’ve been to and the customer service is by far the worst. More
