Took too long! I came in for a standard maintenance (tire rotation and oil change). My appointment was at 9:50 AM and I left the services department at 12:30 PM. How does an oil change and tire rotation take that long? Your ability to schedule appointments needs to be improved greatly. The best part was working with Milani. She was very nice and had to apologize for the long delay on more than one occasion. If I came back, she'd be the only service manager i'd choose to work with. More

Was lied to from the start. I was lied to from the get go, I called in twice before hand to explain my situation, the sales person both times said there would be no issue in gett I was lied to from the get go, I called in twice before hand to explain my situation, the sales person both times said there would be no issue in getting the deal done. Once I got there the situation completely changed and i had to get angry and walk out to get the deal done. Now I’m a week after and they still don’t have the financing done even though they have told me twice with will be taken care of the next day. Completely unprofessional and very difficult to get ahold of the finance department. More

The team was way overbooked and I had to wait for two and a half hours for my tires to be replaced and aligned. Lucky I brought my office and had wifi there. My tires had to be replaced because, "Somehow your tires got out of alignment and it destroyed your front tires." Considering that I bring my car in very frequently for recommended service, I'd think that someone on the service team would have noticed the poor alignment before my tires went bald. That was $300 I couldn't afford. Deb More
