Great Service Tech - No Wash Kyle was great to work with. I am astounded that with a service no wash is included. I get that with nearly any service I get elsewhere. Air conditioning had the truck kept for two days before it was resolved. Pickup shuttle was scheduled for 7:30am but did not arrive at my home until 9:30.
