I learned that my next service will cost me $800. I paid thousands of dollars for maintenance package. This should cover basics like brake fluid, transmission fluid changes. Very disappointed. Joel Kitchen is a great service adviser, he is why I keep coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Now have an oil leak. The steering wheel now points to 9:30. Did the service tech notice and give back to me anyway? Pretty sure that’s a yes. Bringing it back next week.
