Joel Kitchen is a great service adviser, he is why I keep coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Now have an oil leak. The steering wheel now points to 9:30. Did the service tech notice and give back to me anyway? Pretty sure that’s a yes. Bringing it back next week. I’m a loyal customer starting to have serious doubts. More
