I don’t know if they have changed their service crew but they are definitely improved from what I got the first 50,000 miles. Wish I had them then, I would probably still go to them for my service, not just they are definitely improved from what I got the first 50,000 miles. Overall is was a very good experience with lots of employees in the service department, however after being greeted quickly I was left standing there waiting for about 5 minutes for someone that I bel employees in the service department, however after being greeted quickly I was left standing there waiting for about 5 minutes for someone that I believe was named Jamie or something like that. Jamie appeared to be busying at his computer station and helping the customer in front of me.while at least 10 other employees where all there doing who knows what. I was surprised that will all of those employees that were there only Jamie could talk to me and assign the service number. Other than that the experience was great. I don't believe that I worked with anyone in your Service dept list but I could not proceed without selecting someone so I selected them all :( More

I've had a few mishaps with your service department, but nothing they didn't take care of, sometimes hard to get straight answers. Nathan blew me away with his customer-is-always-right approach to servicing our Tacoma. We had an issue that could have been their fault or ours, but he never questioned it, just assumed responsibility f approach to servicing our Tacoma.
