I came in for regular maintenance - an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up needing rock chip repair and some air filter replacements. The service center used to be great you would be in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and that would be a walk in w/o an appt. Now that you make an appt it is 2 hrs. This time there were pe out in less than an hour for an oil change and that would be a walk in w/o an appt. Now that you make an appt it is 2 hrs. This time there were people that came into the waiting area after me that got their service done before me. The center used to be very friendly, nice and informative not so much this time. When I got into to my car the passenger seat was laid completely back touching the back seat not sure why that was like that. More

I specifically asked the representative to check the right-rear door which would not lock. No repair was done to the door! The regular service was done in record time. For that I am grateful.
