Brent Brown called me for our first service on our '23 Rav4 and set up an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and we were not on their schedule for any service. After a little confusion in line, we backed out and parked to call and try to unravel the problem. We are in south Utah county and didn't want to have to drive back. The office couldn't resolve the issue on the phone so I walked into the service bay and met Jaron. In just a few minutes he set up the service and had us back in to drop off the car. Forty-five minutes later we picked up the car. I don't know how well scheduling the next service will go, but for that first service, Jaron saved the day for Toyota. More

He even called us a few times afterward to make sure all was well and gave us his cell number in case we need anything. We worked with Andy in financing. He helped us make good choices as far as warranty items he recommends for our driving needs and didn't try to talk us into things he felt would be a waste of money for our specific situation.
