Not only did they rotate my tires, but I had to have a little bra piece put on the back by my trunk so that when people take luggage out, my car is not scratched. I had planned just on ordering the bra piece, but they had it in stock and they were willing to put it on that day and did a beautiful job. My car is red with black trim and the bra piece was black and looks beautiful! They did a great job of rotating my tires and giving me a paper with all the information of the health of my car. More

Friendly and efficient service at this Toyota. I learned that my next service will cost me $800. I paid thousands of dollars for maintenance package. This should cover basics like brake fluid, transmission fluid changes. Very disappointed. Joel Kitchen is a great service adviser, he is why I keep coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Now have an oil leak. The steering wheel now points to 9:30. Did the service tech notice and give back to me anyway? Pretty sure that’s a yes. Bringing it back next week.
