We came in for a tire rotation and alignment and got a deal on the 300000 mile service. They were also able to fix our third row seat recall and give us a new key for free. My issue is the key they gave u deal on the 300000 mile service. They were also able to fix our third row seat recall and give us a new key for free. My issue is the key they gave us did not have the physical key that you can stick in the lock, just the fob. So we got home and went to put it on the keychain and saw it wasn’t there. We called and found out we had to pay 66$ to get that piece. Why didn’t they let us know at checkout? Also why not just include it instead of trying to squeeze more money out of us. More

However, it is very inconvenient and disruptive to my schedule to take my car in for repairs three times within five months of purchase. Ideally, they would have fixed the problem on the first visit. This brings into question the value of the multi-point inspection performed on their used cars. More
