Joel Kitchen is a great service adviser, he is why I keep coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Paid y coming back. 5,000 miles ago we had our coolant serviced. Went on a trip. Then had a cracked block. Any connection to the service? I wonder. Paid you $8,000 for a replacement engine. Now have an oil leak. The steering wheel now points to 9:30. Did the service tech notice and give back to me anyway? Pretty sure that’s a yes. Bringing it back next week. I’m a loyal customer starting to have serious doubts. More

The entire team was helpful and responsive. I loved the inspection report they sent. As a honest mechanic, I like to see what they’re talking about so the video is nice. Took vehicle in for servicing. Documentation said the work had been done (tire fill and rotation, oil change, multi point inspection) but my deflated tire was still deflated and in Documentation said the work had been done (tire fill and rotation, oil change, multi point inspection) but my deflated tire was still deflated and in the same position. Went back in and service manager confirmed the work hadn't been done despite the paperwork stating it had. Recommend always verifying yourself that stated work had actually been done and dont trust what the dealership says. More
