Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience with the dealership. My biggest complaint is since most appointments are now scheduled, and you indicate that you are waiting, the wait times have been longer dealership. Example, I come in for an oil change or the standard 5000 mile service and it takes 3 hours and I indicate on the appt that I will wait and tell them when I come in that I am waiting, 3 hours later… and it has happened more than once. How is the appointment better than just showing up? More
