I was unimpressed that I was not offered anywhere to sit and cool off. Most importantly I am not sure why I was asked which number would be best for them to contact and then it was completely ignored and th and cool off. He was not with me and that number was not given as the contact number. It was the number from last service visit but he couldn't bring the car this time because he had to conduct a board meeting. Each message that the tech sent caused the entire meeting to be interrupted so he could forward the message to me. Why ask me for my contact number to completely ignore it? This lack of detail to such a simple thing was displayed to an entire room of people, which by the third message was amusing to them. I found it however to be disrespectful and was highly annoyed that I had to receive forwarded messages from my husband. Did the technician have an issue with contacting the female on file or was he just lazy? More
