It took 3 trips over to the dealership to properly diagnose the problem. We were given a "bumper to bumper" warranty on purchase and then found out when we needed it that it wasn't really bumper to bu diagnose the problem. Can’t seem to figure out why 2021 Tundra truck with 3000 miles now (bought brand new) shakes when going 50+ mph on the road. 4 tries now! Finally (4th try) told me the road was causing the problem. As if every car or truck on the lot does the same thing when going 50+ mph. Not impressed with fourth diagnosis. From high end tires they put on for me at their recommendation, to wheel out of round (factory defect) and replacement, to rotating front tires to back axle hoping to mitigate shaking, and finally the road is causing the problem. Now I’m going to a non Toyota tire shop to see if they can figure out the problem and correct it. Toyota Service Center says Toyota won’t cover it unless they do the work themselves (within the scope of Toyota guidelines). We’ll see how good the customer service department and management handle this ongoing issue. Not a happy customer so far! More
