While the customer service was very good, my vehicle left worse than it arrived. I went in for an emissions check, had to drive it after to make sure it would pass. I drove my vehicle for a week with no issu worse than it arrived. I went in for an emissions check, had to drive it after to make sure it would pass. I drove my vehicle for a week with no issues. I brought it back in to pass the test. I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I tried to pick it up and it was clearly not right. My truck was shaking violently and then it was suggested that I have over a thousand dollars worth of repairs. The issues were not there before I left my truck at this location. The great customer service does not make up for the major issues with their mechanics. I will not return and will be finding a trustworthy place to fix the damages accrued during my vehicles time at Brent Brown. More
I take my Toyota vehicles to Brent Brown for over 6 years. Been happy with the service but this latest service and not to bagger on the service member, but maybe it was his first time or first week. I got checked in and gave in all my info and waited for close to 2 hours. I decide to go ask the status, he tells me that he called and he announced my name over the intercom. I asked to see the number and he put in the area code number wrong. Put in (802) went it should be an (801). Of the amount of people with Utah area code number he placed mine as (802). I was in the waiting room and never heard my name announced, so that was a lie. But I will still continue to bring my car to Brent Brown. More

Communication between departments was poor, and this nearly cost me a wasted trip to the dealership. When asked to come in for emissions I asked to get an oil change and the same time.
