I was able to make an appointment online with Brent Brown right away, online being great because the service department was out for the holiday. Then the next day Drew made sure he contacted the insurance and even got the job done earlier in the day than scheduled. They also took care of the electrical problem with minimal fuss or expense. I felt confident to use my national auto care again next time if applicable, and didn't have buyer's remorse for it when we bought the car! More
