Needs to improve when leaving customers on hold over the phone. They let me on hold for almost an hour and I never got transferred. Then I called again and they did not pick up my call at all. I made an appointment for Friday at 4pm on the Toyota app. When I showed up I was told that the maintenance that was required, required the truck to come in in the mornings. I bought my Camry from a dealership in Salt Lake and asked if I could get the Toyota care service at Brent Brown in Orem. I was a little worried they wouldn’t give me the same service care because I did asked if I could get the Toyota care service at Brent Brown in Orem. From booking the appointment all the way through the service I was treated like a valued customer. Joseph was my service advisor and was very helpful and considerate.
