I hate how you make an appointment and it still takes 1. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I can’t wait for go through my free ones so I can go else where with much quicker service without an appo 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand trying to fit as many people as you can into a shuttle service but other dealerships just take you and there is no waiting.
