Her gave me a loner car even though it is not normal protocal on a Saturday to provide one. Hey Orlando means outlets & shopping & it is the Christmas season! The repair took longer than anticipated for the window & Anthony called me at 3 & again at 4 to let me know the tech should be done by 5, but that the tech did run into an issue & it was possible it may not be done today. I very much appreciated his honesty and communication....better to know than be blindsided later. He then called again at 5:10 to say my car was ready! I really appreciate not only Anthony's communication, but also the tech who I'm sure hustled and stayed later than normal on a Sat so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Orlando..time and convenience are very important to me.! Anthony, I can't thank you enough for the stuffed animal, and even more your engaging style of customer service! It meant alot to me! This is 2nd car I have purchased from Fields Auto Group, and by far Anthony exceded my past good services I've had from their BMW dealership & my prior services @ Orlando Mini by a longshot! His personality and exceeding expections approach to customer service will be reason why I will continue to check Fields 1st for my future car purchases! Merry Christmas More

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable I received an email advising my MINI was possibly due for service. When I called Orlando MINI, I learned that I was due for an annual oil change. They transferred me and I was able to quickly make an appointment that fit my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted by service advisor Anthony Brooks who quickly filled out the service forms and ensured I knew where the customers lounge was. I informed him of my MINI showing service due in 2000 miles and, after checking on the issue, he told me it showed I needed rear breaks that he could take care of the same visit if I had the time. I also asked for the wiper blades to be replaced which he took care of. When the care was checked, he came to inform me that he issue was with the computer, nit the brakes. Since reprogramming would take longer than I had time for, Anthony suggested to plan on the reprogramming when the filters were changed in about 2 months. This will same me a lot, since it is a 150 mile round trip to the dealer! Thanks you, Anthony for being on top of your game and watching out for me! More

I genuinely wish that I had spoken to more people and done more research; I would not be in the stressful situation that I am now. Second, if you do decide to get a Mini, consider taking it to another place for service because this place is awful. My mini breaks down about every 3-5 months so I have had to come often to their service department. I always walk out with the problem temporarily fixed or not fixed at all. How does a professional look you in the face and say "I don't know why you lost pressure in your brakes and half the fluid is gone but it seems fine now; just come back if it happens again." Seriously? I DONT KNOW. It's a phrase that rolls off easily for them. Like when they told me I don't know why your windshield had that huge crack in it or I don't know how those grease and scratch marks that from one end of the bumper to other... Is there any way I could pick up my car and it NOT be in worst condition then when I left it? I DONT KNOW. More
Commute from Saint Augustine to Orlando NOT A PROBLEM! My girlfriend has owned a 2007 Mini Cooper S exclusively since the day it rolled off the lot. She is a very easy on the vehicle in contrast to myself My girlfriend has owned a 2007 Mini Cooper S exclusively since the day it rolled off the lot. She is a very easy on the vehicle in contrast to myself as I am more aggressive on my cars. This Mini, and the ownership that comes with it, has been a bit of a learning experience for me as I have only ever owned American or Japanese manufacturers. When a service is needed or something needs repairs, I never settle for anything other than the manufacturer's service departments to insure that the vehicle is serviced by experienced and knowledgeable mechanics that are familiar with all the nuances a vehicle may have. I will NEVER go to the Jacksonville, FL Mini Service station again as nearly all the service that has been provided was slow on implementation, misdiagnosed (for over a year), communication skills to the customer borderline disrespectful and finally difficult to coordinate around a very ridiculous schedule. (Mechanics with bankers hours practically!) Orlando Mini was a breath of fresh air almost immediately with our service liason Adante Cameron. I unfortunately have HORRIBLE scheduling, do not always get across all of my concerns in one call due to unforeseen circumstances or request additional information as a service progresses. Adante answered "ALL" or "RETURNED" every voice mail that was left with him about our service visit. I can place our call quantity around 4-8 calls in one afternoon over the span of 3-5 hours. Every call I made revolved around service cost quotation and updates, mechanical knowledge and alternative perspectives regarding the service options available and finally education regarding Mini specific mechanical issues. EVERY TIME I talked with him he provided me an answer that satisfied my concerns and was also a correct assessment regarding the vehicle as opposed to the Jacksonville Service Team's diagnoses. If it were not for Adante and his coordination with his mechanic servicing my girlfriend's Mini (I truly wish I could remember his name to give him credit as well), her engine would have literally blown up. Those of you that are not familiar with engines and mechanical function, please find someone to trust, and I find this dealership to be that place. This engine's timing chain was on the verge of breaking and had been misdiagnosed as, "Requiring more oil", for over a year. The charges for labor and parts for a task like this is indeed not cheap per se, but had this part failed while the vehicle was driving at highway speeds, it would be an entirely new engine, and not a simple part replacement as had been executed there at the Orlando Mini Service Department. So for this initial engagement where I became more involved with communicating with this Mini Service Department, I say thank you to Adante and his associates for saving my girlfriend's car from a very costly misdiagnosis. I will always make the drive from Saint Augustine, FL to Orlando, FL from now on to have this vehicle serviced. More
An absolutely terrible experience for service I brought my car in because the service engine soon light was on and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. When I first got there I was told th I brought my car in because the service engine soon light was on and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. When I first got there I was told that there was an initial fee for the diagnostic test but that if I opted to have any services performed that fee would go towards the services. I was in the waiting area for two hours before I was told that there would have to be another test preformed to see if there was a gas leak, and that they would not apply the fee for the diagnostic test to the service. I didn't want to walk away and have my car break down on me because he said without the test they wouldn't know. After that test he came back to me and said the only thing that was wrong with my car was that I needed a new gas cap, which would be an additional $40 charge. I just don't feel that something as simple as a gas cap should have taken 3 hours to diagnose and I also feel that I was taken advantage of because I essentially paid over $200 for a new gas cap. When I addressed my concern he talked to the manager who gave me 10% of, but that still left me at over $200 and out three hours for them to finish everything. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return to this dealership for service, nor will I purchase my next mini from them. More
I really love it when I find companies that make the customer feel like they are in it for them and not for the sales. Orlando Mini is one of those companies. I am actually from Orange Park and Orlando is two hours away from me. Jacksonville has a Mini dealer that is only about 30 minutes from me. I did contact Jacksonville but it seemed like it was ME that did not work for them. I was told that I still needed money down even though my credit was approved and my trade/payoff were even amounts. So I decided why not email Orlando? That was all that it took. Brittany, the lady I began working with, had the attitude of "we are going to do this for you"! I couldn't find exactly what I wanted so I decided to order it. Brittany helped me through it and answered all my emails promptly. She helped me with deciding on options even if her opinion might mean I would decide against an expensive option. She knew what things I wanted and that my budget wasn't unlimited. Once my order was placed I began dealing with Chris. He tracking my Mini being built and where it was in the process and finally when it was shipped to the US! Chris did an awesome job when I came to fill out my paperwork. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and the best payment that I possibly could. I have never once gotten a car where the sales person worked so hard to see if they could get the payment lower on their own. Thank you Brittany and Chris! You are great at what you do! Not a salesperson....a people person :) More
