Terrible service. Got the car a 8 months ago. Discovered a bad AC leak internally. The problem was very obvious and not difficult to fix. It should have taken 48 hours to fix. Instead, they took 1 whole wee a bad AC leak internally. The problem was very obvious and not difficult to fix. It should have taken 48 hours to fix. Instead, they took 1 whole week to fix it, barely kept me informed, did not apologize for letting me without a car for 1 week, did not try to provide a solution for my transportation needs, when I when to pick it up, they could bot find my file for 10 mn, kept sending me from Service department to front desk back and forth, nobody seemed to care, when they finally found the file, the service department did not tell me what was wrong with the car, why it took so long, she just lazily pointed a finder to where the car was in the parking lot, without walking me to it. Worse of all, when I told her to come with me to the car to explain some of the features that I did not understand, she said that she could not come right now, because she had to take care first of some paperwork for some other customers. The whole attitude was insulting. I have owned Nissans, Cadillac, Ford, Infinity, and other cars in the past decades and I cannot remember such a poor level of service. I am appalled! More

Excellent Service Department I have owned three Minis since 2004. The reason I keep a Mini in my garage is because of the excellent service I receive at Orlando Mini. The service department goes out of their way to make sure they not only fix what you think is wrong but look for any potential problems so you won't be inconvienced in the future. They also treat you as if you are their most important customer not just one of many. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service and it is an hour drive, one way, for me to do so!. When World Class Service Keeps Me Coming Back From my first visit to Orlando Mini's Service Department last year to deal with used Mini Cooper S issues, Spencer has continually gone above and beyo From my first visit to Orlando Mini's Service Department last year to deal with used Mini Cooper S issues, Spencer has continually gone above and beyond in providing world-class customer service. My latest visit was no exception. I've dealt with service departments in other dealerships before and it's unfortunately hard to find employees who legitimately empathize with customers, offer up solutions and show they actually CARE and WANT to help. Spencer does all this with the highest level of professionalism. I've been advised by friends to find cheaper mechanics to work on my car and I could very well find a mechanic buddy somewhere else to help me deal with the issues I've been having with my Mini, but the level of customer service displayed by Spencer and the mechanics team (specifically Sebastian, another excellent employee!), I find myself willing to pay a bit more and work with Orlando Mini. Another aspect that keeps me coming back is your availability. You guys take care of the problem quickly and effectively and get me back on the road in no time. This is just a note to express the fact that you guys have a seriously valuable resource in Spencer and I hope to continue working with him in the not-so-distant future for my Mini Cooper needs!! Great service department! I had my convertible top replaced and the entire service department was extremely helpful. The loaner was a pleasure to drive but now that I have my b I had my convertible top replaced and the entire service department was extremely helpful.
