I sent my truck to the service center for a oil change and also to fix my A/C that doesn't blow cold air, I was informed Freon pressure was too high and the fix was releasing some pressure from it. They charged me $150.00 even though the Service Tech told them to charge me $200.00 . Its the middle of July and I still do not have A/C my truck is a 2022 with 109,000 miles on it. I am not in the least impressed with their ability to fix my truck but the service techs have the charging customers down to a science. On the other hand the service advisor that took my truck in was nice enough. I do not believe in todays time that a " Dealership " with trained and certified techs makes much difference, they charge higher prices. More

My husband was at work when I took our car in for service. We had been looking for another car for the kids to scoot around in when everything went down. Johnathan and I took the car all the way to my house, picked up my husband and brought him back to ORR. Then they stayed after hours doing our paper work. Needless to say, We got the payment, precentage rate, and the car we wanted. Also no payments for 90 days! If you ask me if I would do it again I would tell you absolutely! Because I did it again the very next day with my daughter! Most amazing experiance!!! More
