A salesman sold the car out from under us while we were doing the paperwork. We leave the General manager calls us etc. I tried to sit down with Eric Keddie the GM and he blows me off. The salesman was exc doing the paperwork. We leave the General manager calls us etc. I tried to sit down with Eric Keddie the GM and he blows me off. The salesman was excellent and he was the only reason I bought the car there. When I go to purchase my truck, I won’t be buying Chevrolet ever again, because of the way we were treated. Since 2018 I’ve brought my 2014 Silverado into Orr for repair of a non cooling air conditioner. All I have to show for it is my checking account is at least $2,000 shorter. Believe this problem starts wit repair of a non cooling air conditioner. All I have to show for it is my checking account is at least $2,000 shorter. Believe this problem starts with GM’S 2014-2018 Silverado’s/sierras. But not being a safety feature no recall unless it’s a 68 year old man driving across state in 100 degree weather. Just wish Orr and Chevy could stand behind their product to some degree. More
