Patrick, I am sorry to hear that you had a less than desirable experience during your last service visit. From what I understand, our service department mentioned to you that your vehicle needed a repair in order to pass inspection and that the worst case scenario would be that the wheel could potentially fall off. Our service department takes safety seriously. Amber was just letting you know the potential risks of not repairing the vehicle and leaving it in it's current condition. The costs associated with repairs can often be expensive. We are sorry about having to be the bearer of bad news regarding your repair.
