Expecting to be bombarded with sale pitches for extras, and a bottom line price not agreed upon, too my surprise EVERYTHING was as previously discussed and no harassing.. When my Chrysler Pacifica arrived from their parent dealership, Karen made sure car was cleaned, filled with gas and features explained. I have NEVER had a car purchase experience like this ANYWHERE. The work bay supervisor reminded me there was a recall for air bag in my model Jeep this only added thirty minutes to the 15 min. Oil change so I was happy to get this done before a long trip planned ahead. I have experienced low wait times to get an oil change which with a busy schedule I like about this service station. Recall and repairs experience 5 Stars !!! Joe Carton the assistant service manager was very prompt when I checked in and Joe was very patient listening & noting down my concerns 5 Stars !!! Joe Carton the assistant service manager was very prompt when I checked in and Joe was very patient listening & noting down my concerns about the vehicle. The tech cannot reproduce the issues immediately but Joe did not turn/send his customer away like other dealerships always did “warranty repairs, there’s no money for them to make, go somewhere else”. Instead, Joe explained to me what might be happening & arranged me to do a little road test with his Tech. The service tech Greg is also outstanding. Greg is very professional and very thorough during the road tests. Greg listened to his customer’s concerns and did a very thorough check on the vehicle. He was able to reproduce the popping noise and explained what could cause the issues and what’s his plan to remedy the issues in very logical way. Joe followed up with Greg after the road test and ordered the parts for V15 recall. Joe/Greg recommended to leave the vehicle whole day when I return the recall and the repairs. Joe also gave me the estimate time line when I should call to check the parts for the recall and when I can bring in the vehicle for the recall/repairs. I am going back on 5/13 (Monday) again. Will update on the repairs after it’s done. BEST dealer customer service experience so far !!! More
